Additionally, we offer complimentary tours for infants under 2 years old, provided the tour does not involve flight tickets.

We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance before your journey. This insurance typically covers losses or damages to luggage and medical emergencies not usually included in regular insurance when abroad. It also provides protection against travel interruptions, trip cancellations for any reason, and unforeseen events leading to tour cancellation.
While our tours in Egypt & Dubai include visits to top attractions, personal expenses like tips and visa fees are not included. These costs are the responsibility of the traveler. You are welcome to make additional purchases at your own expense without any extra charges or taxes from us.

We are responsible for ensuring your safety and satisfaction throughout your tour in Egypt & Dubai. However, we are not liable for illness, injury, delay, or events like bad weather, acts of God, wars, disturbances, thefts, riots, mechanical failures, or cancellations by hotels and restaurants. No additional charges will be applied, and we highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for your peace of mind.
If you wish to make any changes to your tour, inform us as soon as possible to verify availability and accommodate your needs. Any modifications on our part are made solely for your safety and satisfaction, and we will seek your consent before implementing them.
To cancel a booking or part of it, a formal request via email is required. If a member of your party cancels, it may result in increased costs for remaining travelers, as our original quotes are based on group size. Charges may apply if bookings have been initiated and group payments made. These charges may be deducted from deposits or paid upon arrival.
