Cancellation All Year Except Peak Time
All cancellation requests should be submitted via fax or email to provide written confirmation of the cancellation. The following cancellation charges will apply:

Additionally, there are cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt or Dubai. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to fees according to the airline's cancellation policy.
Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Time
In case you cancel your trip during peak times, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

If you decide to postpone your tour to another date and no booking procedures have been initiated, we can accommodate your request. However, if you subsequently decide to cancel your booking for any reason, our cancellation policy will apply.
For overland tours, we typically do not require a down payment. You can pay the total tour amount directly to your tour guide. Various payment methods are accepted, including cash in USD, GBP, Euro, EGP, CAD, and AUD, with an updated exchange rate. Credit card payments are also accepted, with an additional 3% bank fee.
For our shore excursions, a 25% deposit of the total tour cost is required. You can make this deposit using your credit card, Western Union, or wire bank transfer. The remaining amount should be transferred on the same day as your tour.

Our travel agency offers multiple secure methods for sending a portion of the agreed-upon price. The remainder can be paid upon your arrival through PayPal transactions, bank transfers, Western Union, or credit card payments.
Refunds for the deposit received will be processed using the same method that the customer used for the down payment.
When booking flight tickets, if only business class is available, an extra supplement will be applied to your tour cost. This supplement also applies if you specifically choose a business class option.
Tipping is not obligatory; it's at your discretion based on the level of service you receive.

Making the down payment through any of the mentioned methods implies that you have read and accepted all our terms and conditions regarding payment, refunds, and cancellation policies, and you agree to abide by them. This constitutes the entire agreement between the client and ETP Tourism.
We typically accommodate two persons in a double room with twin beds or in a room with a single occupant for an additional supplementary rate. Hotel choices are made with your preferences in mind, and we will check availability and provide the best rates. Please note that all published prices are based on prevailing costs at the time of printing and are subject to change.
Most domestic flights adhere to an average price and schedule. Flight times can be adjusted based on availability and may be subject to an extra supplement.
